Opening a Ticket
Follow the below steps if you would like to raise a ticket with the Support Staff to look at during office hours.
- Go to the Open new ticket page on the Portal.
- If not already authenticated, please sign in.
- Here you can create a new ticket. Choose a reason from the dropdown in order to direct the ticket to the correct department.
- Provide a detailed description of your enquiry. The more information you can provide, the better the support team will be able to assist you.
Managing Tickets
- Go to the My tickets page on the Portal.
- If not already authenticated, please sign in.
- You can view your tickets by clicking on a ticket. Here you can add comments or attachments. All support replies will appear in the comment section.
- You will receive an email whenever the support staff replies to your tickets.
Contact Support
- Go to the Contact us page on the Portal.
- If not already authenticated, please sign in.
- Here you can view the working hours and how to contact 24/7 support.
